Does it work for internal events?
Yes. It runs on your people's own phones or an iPad in the room, and the short form asks whatever you need, like team or office.
Is our employees' data safe?
Selfies aren't kept. Only the finished souvenir is stored, and it's deleted 30 days after your event. Nothing is ever used to train AI. Consent wording, privacy notice and terms are set to your company's policy.
Can we print on the night?
Yes. Add a printer and every guest leaves with a printed card or magnet.
Who brings the printer?
You do, or your venue or AV team does. Magipic AI connects to standard event printers and prints automatically. If a printer stops, guests still get their souvenir by email.
How big a group can it handle?
Large groups too. Everyone uses their own phone at the same time, so nobody waits for a turn.
